See "The Great Explosion" in _The Beginning and the End_ (1963). The part you're interested in also appeared in "Explosion" in Hunt's edition of The Collected Poetry, Volume 3, p. 414. Hunt's volume also has a poem titled "The Great Explosion," which does NOT contain this passage. Hunt's presentation of these texts is to be given more weight.
